Service Description
Give your athlete the opportunity to develop beyond game days through a structured training program designed for homeschool families. We focus on building complete baseball players by combining athletic performance, skill development, and mental training in a consistent weekly environment.

Six Tool Mindset MEMBERSHIP — LIABILITY, FACILITY USE & PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE By purchasing a 6TM membership, the member or parent/guardian acknowledges that participation in baseball training, strength & conditioning, batting cages, athletic drills, facility and equipment use, and other 6TM activities involves inherent risks, including injury. I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all 6TM safety rules, staff instructions, and facility guidelines. I release 6 Tool Mindset Baseball Development LLC, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and representatives from liability for injuries or claims arising from participation or use of the facility and equipment, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I confirm that the participating athlete is physically able to participate and agree to notify 6TM of any relevant medical condition, injury, or limitation. I also give 6TM permission to photograph and/or record the member during activities and to use those photos and recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and other business-related purposes without additional compensation. By purchasing a membership, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this Liability, Facility Use & Photo/Video Release on behalf of myself and/or the participating athlete.
