Our Policy
Please note: A flat 3.20% processing fee is added to each online payment to help cover secure transaction costs.
For non-members, if a lesson is canceled within 24 hours, the lesson fee will still apply. Additionally, if payment is not received within 7 days, a $15 late fee will be added to your total bill. For members, you get 3 courtesy cancellations within 24 hours per year, and a $15 late fee is not applicable.
